GS Digital Studio is an independent digital studio operated in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. We specialise in website design, digital wedding invitations and celebration platforms, school ERP software, and bespoke brand ecosystems.

When you submit an enquiry through our website forms (/contact, page enquiry blocks, or the links enquiry sheet), we collect:

• Identity & Contact: Your name, phone/WhatsApp number, and optional email address.
• Project Scope: Selected service category (e.g. Website, Wedding / Celebration, School ERP, Restaurant), timeline, budget preference, and notes describing your requirements.
• Attribution Data: Optional campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign) and referral URLs passed in session storage to evaluate marketing inquiries.

We use your information strictly for legitimate commercial communication and delivery:

• To evaluate and quote your project: To assess your requirements, prepare custom scope proposals, and schedule calls or demonstrations.
• Direct Communication: To reach you directly on WhatsApp or phone regarding your enquiry.

We never sell, rent, trade, or share your contact records with third-party advertisers, data aggregators, or brokers.

Here is the exact technical path your enquiry takes when submitted:

1. Our API Endpoint (/api/enquiry): Runs server-side on Vercel infrastructure to securely validate and sanitize your submission.
2. Google Apps Script & Google Sheets: The server transmits the enquiry to a private Google Apps Script web app, which appends a timestamped row to a secure studio Google Sheet and forwards an email notification to our studio inbox.
3. WhatsApp Alert (Optional): If enabled, a short alert may be sent to the studio owner's WhatsApp through a third-party notification service, CallMeBot.
4. Direct WhatsApp Handoff (wa.me): In your browser, you are directed to WhatsApp with a prefilled message summarizing your project brief, giving you direct control of the conversation.
5. Vercel Edge Hosting: Provides secure static hosting and edge API execution under HTTPS encryption.

Retention Duration: Form submissions and project notes are retained in our secure studio Google Sheet for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. If a project does not move forward, records may be pruned sooner during periodic hygiene sweeps.

Browser Storage: We use ephemeral browser sessionStorage to remember cookie banner choices and first-touch UTM attribution. These are destroyed once you close your browser tab.

If you wish to access, correct, or permanently delete your enquiry records from our Google Sheets and mail logs:

• Via WhatsApp: Message us at +91 92840 06316 stating your name and phone number with a deletion request.
• Via Email: Write to gsdigitalstudio4@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

We honor all valid verification and deletion requests within 48 business hours.
